5-Housing Barrel Drilling Machine

The 5-Housing Barrel Drilling Machine, developed by Akdersan Machinery and Lock Industry, is an industrial production machine designed to perform drilling operations on barrel housing components used in lock manufacturing quickly and with high precision.

The machine operates with a servo-controlled lower table feeding mechanism. This system ensures accurate positioning of housing components during production and enables drilling operations to be performed with high precision.

Thanks to the servo-driven up–down working system, stable and controlled machining is achieved throughout the production process.

The machine has a production capacity of 300 housing drilling operations per hour, ensuring an efficient and organized workflow in lock manufacturing lines.
