5-Tube Barrel Drilling Machine

The 5-Tube Barrel Tube Drilling Machine, developed by Akdersan Machinery and Lock Industry, is an industrial production machine designed to perform drilling operations on barrel tube components used in lock manufacturing quickly and with high precision.

The machine system operates with a servo-controlled lower table feeding mechanism. This mechanism ensures accurate positioning of tube components during production and enables drilling operations to be performed with high precision.

Thanks to the servo-driven up-down working system, stable and controlled machining is achieved throughout the production process.

The machine has a production capacity of 625 tube drilling operations per hour, providing an efficient and organized workflow for mass production lines.
