Automatic Pin Filling Machine

The Automatic Pin Filling Machine, developed by Akdersan Machinery and Lock Industry, is an industrial assembly machine designed to automatically insert code pins into lock bodies used in lock manufacturing.

The machine system operates with a servo-controlled feeding mechanism. Thanks to the servo-driven up–down working system, lock components are positioned accurately and the assembly process is carried out quickly and with high precision.
