Ball Key Code Cutting Machine

The Ball Key Code Cutting Machine, developed by Akdersan Machinery and Lock Industry, is an industrial production machine designed to precisely and efficiently cut the code channels of ball-type keys used in lock manufacturing.

The machine operates with a servo-controlled feeding mechanism. Thanks to the servo-driven up–down working system, key workpieces are accurately positioned during production, allowing high-precision cutting operations.

Equipped with an electronic control system, the machine ensures stable and controlled operation throughout the production process.

The machine is capable of producing 3125 different key code combinations (5³ = 3125) and is specifically designed to create code positions for ball-type keys used in lock manufacturing.

With a production capacity of 325 ball key code cutting operations per hour, the machine provides an efficient workflow for mass production lines.
