Broaching Machine

The Broaching Machine, developed by Akdersan Machinery and Lock Industry, is an industrial machining machine designed to open keyways in workpieces used in lock manufacturing.

The machine operates with a vertical hydraulic up–down working system and performs high-precision broaching operations with a stroke movement of approximately 1 meter.

Thanks to the electrically controlled valve system, all machine movements are managed in a controlled and safe manner.

The cutting tool system operates with a lubrication cooling principle, which increases tool life during the machining process and ensures a more stable production process.

With a production capacity of 625 tube broaching operations per hour, the machine provides high efficiency for mass production lines.
