Yale Key Code Cutting Machine

The Yale Key Code Cutting Machine, developed by Akdersan Machinery and Lock Industry, is an industrial production machine designed to cut the code channels of Yale-type keys used in lock manufacturing quickly and with high precision.
The machine operates with a servo-controlled feeding mechanism. Thanks to the servo-driven up–down working system, key workpieces are accurately positioned, enabling high-precision cutting operations.
Equipped with an electronic control system, the machine provides stable and safe operation throughout the production process.
The machine has the capability to create 3125 different key code combinations (5³ = 3125) and is specifically developed for cutting the code positions of Yale-type keys used in lock manufacturing.
With a production capacity of 190 Yale keys per hour, the machine ensures an efficient workflow for mass production lines.
This system developed by Akdersan Machinery and Lock Industry is designed to provide precise cutting of key code channels in key manufacturing processes.
